Tuesday through Friday, 9am to 7pm. Closed Saturday through Monday.
Bookings open every 3rd Sunday of the month at 5pm.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Transferable once within 30 days.
Remaining balance: cash or debit/credit (4% transaction fee). Same-day add-ons incur a $20 fee.
Late Policy
10 minutes late: $25 fee. 15 minutes late: $50 fee. If time permits, otherwise a $100 cancellation fee applies.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and banned indefinitely.
Cancellation
48 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule at no charge.
Less than 48 hours: $100 fee. New clients must complete a consultation before any install or the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
All services include a complimentary shampoo. Please arrive completely detangled. Clients under 18 require prior guardian consent. A service agreement will be sent via email before your appointment.
